problem with restor backup plesk

hello, i have a problem , I reinstall plesk suite has a big problem and when jai wanted to restore my backup I got this error:

Error: Unable to upload the backup file (rem_info_1402052221.xml.tar). The file was modified, corrupted, created on another server or in an older Panel version that does not support signing of backups. If you trust this backup, then select the "Upload backup files without valid signatures" option and repeat uploading.

Was the backup file you are trying to restore created by the same version of Plesk you did re-install?

yes i did the backup since 11.5.30 plesk and plesk or I try to restore is 11.5.30
