Problem with several Zone in the world about: Default Parallels Plesk Panel Page

New Pleskian
Hi Parallels Forum,

I have with 1and1.ca a Dedicated Host:
OS = CentOS 6.5 (Final)
Plesk version = 12.0.18 Update #26

I'm a web programmer, so anything in webmaster is kinda hard to follow.. my issues is as follow:

I will use <domain.com> as a example..

I would like to use the Google AdWords system.. but Google told me that when they visit my website.. it show up the: Default Parallels Plesk Panel Page, the one located at:
/var/www/vhosts/default/htdocs/index.html
(Google send me a Print Screen of the webpage.. I changed the Title text to see if it was that script)
The Google Departement I exchange Email with are located in: Ireland

I'm not able to reproduce this error, because when I type my <domain.com> Into any web browser.. I can see the correct index.php page, the one located at:
/var/www/vhosts/<domain>/httpdocs/index.php

The only way I find to test this was using the program "Putty" -> Connect to Server -> Use command "curl <domain.com>"
The output I receive is the code of the page: /var/www/vhosts/default/htdocs/index.html
(Default Parallels Plesk Panel Page)..

I try using a website that can browser my site from different location.. and the result was ok from 6 different location.

Any help is very appreciate!

Thx,
C. Lauzon

PS: Sorry for my english level, I'm french 1st..

Hi IgorG,

I'm happy to see you in my post! Thank for your answer!

Your Question: Do you have IPv4 and IPv6 configured on your server?

My Answer: I think all IPv4 are configured correctly but not those for IPv6..

I tried again the Putty command: curl <domain.com>
For one of my Domain Name with the IPv6 Configured, and the result was the right script page.

My next step: I'm trying to configure all the IPv6 for each Domains Name.

I will let you know the result.

Many Thanks,
C. Lauzon

Hi IgorG,

I read more on IPv6 Configuration on other post in this forum and other website.

- What I did -
Adding IP Address:
Log in to Plesk Control Panel -> Tools & Settings -> IP Addresses -> Add IP Address -> "Fill up the info" -> OK

Add IPv6 to a Domain Name DNS:
Log in to Plesk Control Panel -> Domains-> click <DomainName> -> Change Hosting Settings -> IPv6 address field: (Choose a IPv6 in ComboBox) -> OK

It take several seconds when you click the OK, I think its because Plesk go add all the required record into DNS Setting of the selected <DomainName>.

I check the DNS:
Log in to Plesk Control Panel -> Domains-> click on a <DomainName> -> Open in Control Panel -> Show More -> DNS Settings -> I'm able to see all IPv6 DNS Records

Then I configure all the missing IPv6 for each Domains Names I own and ask Google Adwords service to reexamine my website and I'm now approved again!

Thank you for pointing me in the right direction!

Best Regard,
C. Lauzon
