Problem with subscriptions

I have next problem, yesterday I setup new server for using Plesk Panel 11.0.9 (update 48).

Could anyone explain if mailserver "MailEnable" support "Bounce message"?
I read this article http://kb.parallels.com/en/114587 ("Bounce" option not supported by the mail server) , and I don't know if MailEnable currently support "Bounce message"?

As I see on this http://forum.mailenable.com/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=25365 , MailEnable standard supports bounce messages for failures and delays. Why I have problem with subscriptions?

The problem in that ME can't handle bounce messages on domain level but only on server wide level. Therefore Plesk hasn't this option for subscription.
