Problems with chroot

Hello,

my vserver runs with debian 7.0 and plesk 11.5.30. If I create an user with a chroot ssh environment Plesk don't copy all the necessary libraries for name resolution (username to uid), so I can't log in with an sftp client. I there a possibility to correct the problem?
