Problems with Prestashop and Joomla

Hi,

I have a problem with Prestashop and Joomla CMS. Is Version 11 for Windows is Plesk.
Installation of Prestashop and Joomla does not end. If you copy from another server already installed, the screen is blank and shows nothing. The log does not indicate anything special.
Any idea?
