Problems with sub-domain

PatriciaBlatt

New Pleskian
I'm trying to update a clients website using wordpress, however I need to set it up on a sub-domain so that it does not interrupt the current site when its being built. I was advised to do it this way through a user on the wordpress forums.
I made the sub domain in Plesk and I am able to add files etc, however when I go onto the URL it says that it cannot be found. I have even tried uploading an index page rather than wordpress in case it was anything to do with that, however I am getting the same not found page popping up..

I am completely stumped with what to do now, any ideas?!

Hello Patricia,

If you have root access to the server, please try rebuilding the vhosts with the command:
Code:
/usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/httpdmng --reconfigure-all

See if that can help!
