Promotional footers

I am not able to get any promotional footers to display. Can't figure out what I am doing wrong.

I have the footer setup in 2 different plans. I have re-published a couple sites with those plans, yet no footer appears.

What magic tricks must I use to get the footer to show up?

There was the problem here. The patch for 4.0.0 is available, so you can contact the support. Also you can use workaround and turn 'Allow resellers to append to your promotional footers' option on in the plan.

I turned on the allow resellers option and it's working fine. I guess it's not a big deal for me as I won't have any resellers....
