  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

PSA-SpamAssassin (spamd)

Matt Sonnentag

Basic Pleskian
Hi All,

I have been trying to log my spamassassin messages to a separate logfile (not psa-maillog) and having lots of trouble doing it. I have tried to update /etc/sysconfig/spamassassion and qmail-scanner.ini to no avail with the option -s <mylogfile>.

The issue seems to be that /usr/local/psa/admin/bin/spamd does not even look at /etc/sysconfig/spamassassion.

If I go to the spamd program and execute it with spamd -s /var/log/spamd.log, it starts and makes and entry in the log file.

Anyone have a clue on what I need to do to get it updated?
