psadump doesn't backup all files?

I made a psadump for the entire system, using Plesk Reloaded 7.5.1 ..

Now this guy on my server has a directory with 500+ files (images), and about 100 images are lost.

Is there a known problem with backing up directories with a lot of file in them?

Strange ...

Funny ... I got the same problem when I backup on 7.1.5 , some of photos that were on gallery were missing. At this happened in a few albums I have !

How many pictures did you have in the folder?

We've having a similar issue with psadump not saving all domains/mailboxes.

Did anyone find a fix for the issue?
