QMail dead

HELP! I keep getting username/password declined in my outlook. THen I get this on mchk

mchk: Unable to initialize quota settings for info@xxxxxxxxx.com
System error 2: No such file or directory
mchk: Unable to initialize quota settings for info@xxxxxxxxxx.com
System error 2: No such file or directory


I go in delete and re-add the account then it does it for another domain. What can i do to fix this issue and not delete everyone's e-mail?

I seriously need help bad. I called plesk but they won't provide support because 1and1owns the licence. I called 1and1 and they don't trouble shoot qmail. I ran the command /usr/local/psa/admin/bin/mchk --with-spam but that just returned this error
"mchk: Unable to initialize quota settings for sales@ttlmotorsport.com
System error 2: No such file or directory
mchk: Unable to initialize quota settings for sales@ttlmotorsport.com
System error 2: No such file or directory"

but its giving this error for anyone who has ever used webmail. I am able to see e-mails in these accounts if I go to spam training in spamassassin. How can I get e-mail reconfigured and back online? I am also on aim

Finally plesk support was willing to help. Here was the final reply from support:

"I have ran following command to correct IMAP folder structure (the way they were created - it was not quite correct, possibly it is mail client specifics):

# find /var/qmail/mailnames -type d -name '.*' -a -not -name '.spamassassin' -exec touch '{}'/maildirfolder \; -exec chown popuseropuser '{}'/maildirfolder \;

Then ran mchk tool:

# /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/mchk --with-spam

It completed without errors this time"
