• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. If your responses match the persona we are looking for, you'll receive a link to schedule a call at your convenience. We look forward to hearing from you!
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

qmail-inject: fatal: qq

Regular Pleskian
I have installed several servers with Centos 6.3 64 bit and the latest version of plesk 11 with qmail.

On some of these server i get the error:

bin/qmail-queue: error while loading shared libraries: libidn.so.11: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
qmail-inject: fatal: qq temporary problem (#4.3.0)

the file does exist in /lib64/

does anyone have a idea how to fix this problem?

by default installation the file permissions on this map are :

dr-xr-xr-x. 9 root root 12288 Jan 16 03:36 lib64

lrwxrwxrwx. 1 root root 28 Jan 16 11:12 libidn.so -> ../../lib64/libidn.so.11.6.1

in /usr/lib64

Try to create symlink libidn.so.11 to ../../lib64/libidn.so.11.6.1
