  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

kadoudal

Regular Pleskian
I am trying to install Spamdyke on my Debian 4 (etch) - Plesk 8.3 install, ( see http://www.blueoryx.info/linux_administration/spamdyke )

but in 6. it's stated : "Find the script that runs qmail when an incoming connection is established. If your qmail installation is part of Plesk, look for: cp /etc/xinetd.d/smtp_psa"

but 1/ xinet is not running .... 2/ I don't know where is the script running qmail...

where can I insert the spamdyke command ?

thanks for your help

hi, try doing a

locate smtp_psa

in terminal (SSH)

I know nothing of Debian since i am a redhat/CentOS guy, but maybe Plesk has some info on where they install smtp_psa for Debian.

locate smtp_psa

thanks for your info

Plesk is actually a good tool, but the worst i have ever seen in term of documentation...
