• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Questions about the process

I had a user who bought Hosting from my webstore. His payment went through properly but and he was added to the customers section of the Business Manager.

Under subscription status it says "FAILED". I don't understand why?
For this particular customer, it also did NOT add it to the Subscriptions page?
I have also noticed that it did not add it to the Plesk manager itself. It added the customer but not the subscription.

This has worked for others, what am I missing here?

On a side note, under the business manager, under customers, it says 'pending' on all my customers. How do I submit these active?

Thanks!

Pending Customers

Try going to the Business manager "Home" page. You can get to it by opening any of the business manager pages and then looking in the top left for the link near the search field. Once you click "that" home link, In the top left of that page content you'll see your pending accounts and 3 check boxes for each account labeled Activate, Cancel, and Fraud. I have not found these options for pending accounts any where else.

If you find out what makes it fail after that or how to automate the activation process I'd like to know.
