Redirect email address is invalid

Hello,

I want to enter a redirect email address for an existing mail account. The redirect address is like aaa%bbb@ccc.com. Plesk says: Redirect email address is invalid.

According to RFC2821 http://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc2821#section-4.1.2 and RFC2822 http://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc2822#section-3.2.4, the percent sign and other special characters are allowed characters in the local part of an email address. How can I enter these allowed addresses in Plesk?

Thanks a lot,
Ralf

Apparently you can't. Notify SWsoft of the problem, their test is apparently not completely OK.

Would you happen to know how to ensure emails sent to a redirect email address will get delivered and not stay in the mail queue?

Thanks in advance if you can help me or lead me to something that will assist me.
