Issue Redirection from www by subdomain

Ho un sottodominio: test.miodominio.com

se chiedo www. test.miodominio.com non funziona.
Come posso risolvere?

make sure dns exist for www.test.miodominio.com, try pinging it. if it resolve then it should work.

Hi,
the domain test.miodominio.com is an example, it doesn't exist!
My real second level domain works.

But if in the browser I enter https://second.level.xxx this works
differently: https://www.second.level.xxx
the third level domain doesn't work,
gives this error::
DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN
