On Plesk for Linux mod_status is disabled on upgrades to improve Apache security. This is a one-time operation that occurs during an upgrade. You can manually enable mod_status later if needed.

but nevertheless... I'll try removing the postgre packages, hopefully plesk will notice and allow to install them again.
the thing is that i upgraded to 8 and downgraded to 7.5.4, so something wicked is left in the cron that produces errors and i just want to get rid of it
and besides no one is using postgre so **** it
