Is there any Plesk Removal Tool?

yum remove psa

That gets rid of the Plesk packages, but will probably leave some stuff behind (psa database, MySQL configuration, etc.). I think I'd just re-image the server with a fresh OS install.

Re-image is definitely the best way to go
