• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Hi
I have remove Plesk billing (Customer & Business Manager (free, recommended for shared hosting)) but still show in Plesk Panel. How to remove completely?

Same problem here;
uninstalled plesk-billing on ubuntu 10.04 with "aptitude remove plesk-billing", with additionally this: http://forum.parallels.com/showthread.php?t=88478&page=2

But I'm still seeing the billing stuff on the admin panel. How can I completely remove billing?

The command "/usr/local/psa/bin/desktop" to overwrite dashboards presets is not present @ plesk 10. Is there anything else I can do?

Thnx, search returned this page, and seeing it wasn't answered I didn't look further...my bad

It's still a bit daft to have to do all these things just do uninstall billing :/

thats true! and some other things like sitebuilder are not removable at all. wish we get an working uninstaller for ALL additional software

Twice now (PP 9.x and PP 10.X) my server has been compromised through code that exists in the billing module.

I have also removed from my server... and we are going to just program our own that we know is secure.

Yes there is now a KB article on it.

http://kb.parallels.com/en/9327

I used it not long ago and am happy to be free from it.

The continued websites being turned off automatically even though i changed subscription plans and set renewal to unlimited among other issues got too much for me.
Plans not syncing with all subscriptions when updated ...
Ohh i could go on....

Hope the removal helps you as much as it did me.

Thank you for your recommendation.
Unfortunately this does not work well. if I follow the instructions remain the links on the homepage. that are left but death.

How strange.

Provide server info...as in what linux type and plesk version.

It worked for me seemlessly on Redhat5.3 Plesk 10.4

Okey thanks for Help.
I used Navicat for SQL command.

SQL: delete from cl_param where param='ppb-url';

The links are gone now.
