  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

From developer:

I confirm there is bug related to this specific extension removal, issue Custom button is not removed on extensions uninstall · Issue #1 · plesk/ext-rmsp · GitHub was created.
Disabling extension is not supposed to hide custom buttons that were added through this old approach (API call).

Hook should be used for Plesk versions starting with 12.0. Such custom buttons will be hidden when extension is disabled and removed when extension is uninstalled without any additional efforts from developer side.

Thanks Igor, is there a way to manually remove these buttons?

Edit; nevermind, i found it. Tools & Settings > Custom Buttons
