  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Replacing default SSL - installing new GoDaddy Turbo SSL Cert

I just purchased a basic GoDaddy Turbo SSL Cert through myplesk.com. GoDaddy emailed me the ZIP file which contains:

domain.com.crt
sf_cross_intermediate.crt
sf_intermediate.crt

Then from within myplesk.com I was able to download:

certificate.pem

I have had NO luck getting PLESK to accept these - I get these errors when I try to do it:

Error: Unable to set the private key: Probably, the private key format is invalid.

Error: Some fields are empty or contain an improper value.

I have checked, double checked, googled for help, read the forums... anyone have some insight on how I can get this SSL to work?

Thanks,

jjsba
