Restoration failed from Plesk 11.5 to Plesk 12.0 ( Windows )

Hi,

We tried to restore the backup from source server 11.5 to destination server 12.0 , while uploading backup file to server repository & restoring it throws below error:

Internal error.
The page cannot be displayed because an internal server error has occurred.

Error: Unable to upload the backup file (backup_nov23_******.com_info_1411230058.xml.zip). The file was modified, corrupted, created on another server or in an older Plesk version that does not support signing of backups. If you trust this backup, then select the "Upload backup files without valid signatures" option and repeat uploading.

Warning: The uploaded backup file (backup_nov23_**********.com_info_1411230058.xml.zip) was modified, corrupted, created on another server or in an older Plesk version that does not support signing of backups. Before restoring data from this backup file, make sure you can trust the source of this file.Â

We have excluded Plesk files from Antivirus as well but still we are facing the same error.

Have you tried to enable checkbox "Upload backup files without a valid signature"?

Yes, we tried uploading file enabling checkbox "Upload backup files without a valid signature".

It allows me to upload the file bur with below warning :

Warning: The uploaded backup file (backup_nov23_**********.com_info_1411230058.xml.zip) was modified, corrupted, created on another server or in an older Plesk version that does not support signing of backups. Before restoring data from this backup file, make sure you can trust the source of this file.

After file gets uploaded with warning, I tried to restore it and again i got below warning:

Warning: Restoration of the backup backup_nov23_**********.com_info_1411230058.xml completed, though some problems occurred.

Problem in that during restoration of backup restore proccess connects to site through cli-gate.php but site (pool) is broken at this moment. Config of pool was not correctly generated by IIS for some reason. It should be done by IIS when pool is restarted. Now you can try to restart this site and pool manually in IIS and then repeat restore procedure.
