  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Restore problem

Hello,

We are trying to restore a backup of a website from one server to a new one, with a different IP address.

We have finished the backup task successfully... transfered the file to the new server and launched the restore task.

At the end we receive the message
Information: Restoration of backup /var/lib/psa/dumps/domains/*******.gr/********.xml is complete. Close this message
(were **** name of our domain)

but nothing seems to happen... we cannot locate the restored domain... what are we doing wrong?

also recieve an email confirmatio... with an attached file... that says
<?xml version="1.0"?>
<execution-result status="success"/>

and email message
Restore task finished.
