Restoring a large backup file

Hi, I need to restore a fairly large backup file (200MB). Currently, I only know how to do this from the plesk panel's backup manager. The file is stored on my local computer, not the server.

This file is too large to be upload via the browser. How do I get around this? Please help, thanks.

load it up via ftp?

or set the upload limit higher in ect/php.ini

upload via ftp or wget it from SSH

to restore it use SSH with backrounfd procces

I do have the files on an ftp server. the problem is i don't know how to get plesk to restore the file. The option doesn't seem to be there. I would like to use wget to upload the file but I don't know where the backup repository folder is.

What is the backrounfd process? Please help
