Question Reverse DNS not valid Hostname / does not match SMTP Banner

hi guys,

when I test my email server I get the following errors:
- Reverse DNS is not a valid Hostname
- Reverse DNS does not match SMTP Banner

I have a virtual server and this one uses Plesk 12 for administration.
Is there any possibility to fix the issues using Plesk?

Hi Gerhard,

your described issue/error/problem has been discussed quite a few times here in the forum. Pls. use the FORUM SEARCH as for example:
