Issue Roundcube - Oops... something went wrong

Plesk version and microupdate number

Plesk Obsidian 18.0.76 Update #2 Web Host Edition

I got: "Roundcube - Oops... something went wrong"
Tride uninstalling Roundcube ande installing it again and the same message appears again...

Anyone got a solution for this?

When trying the fix i get:
ValueError: SELinux policy is not managed or store cannot be accessed.

The errors indicate that Roundcube can't connection to the database because the roundcube database user isn't allowed to access the database. Likely because the user doesn't exist or the password for the database user is incorrect. In another forum thread you've posted that you've experienced database issues on your server. It's worth checking the following:

• if the roundcube database still exists
  To check, run plesk db "SELECT SCHEMA_NAME FROM INFORMATION_SCHEMA.SCHEMATA WHERE SCHEMA_NAME = 'roundcubemail';"
• if the roundcube database user still exist and has privileges to access the database
  To check, run plesk db "SELECT User, Host from mysql.user where User like 'roundcube';"
• if the password for the roundcube database user is correct
  To get the password for the database user, run grep "db_dsnw" /usr/share/psa-roundcube/config/config.inc.php
  Try to login to MaraiDB with password mariadb --user=roundcube --password=<your_rc_database_user_pw> roundcubemail
