runtask.exe error

Hi

We keep getting the error below in our events tasks, anyone know how to fix this?. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

at (Con::ClientOverlappedPipe::create line 488)
at Unable to execute event(runtask::start line 210)

Please try to restart Plesk Management Service.

Thanx but I have already tried that.

I have done the restart over so mant times. I have run the plesk reconfigurator but nothing has changed and have even ran the plesk reinstall to repair but to now avail nothing has changed.

Anyone come accross this in the previos versions?

Could You put here text preceding the error message?
Also could You put here whole text of other pipe error messages from event log?

The error is listed in the windoes event log as for plesk errors. This is all the information I am have at the moment.

Let me know if they is something I am missing out that you might need.

Your server looks heavily loaded and sometimes You see this error. Please ask support, probably this is Plesk bug, also probably bug has been fixed.

I had this error and did the #2060 update, the error is now on line 508 instead of 488. i don't see any further difference.

In my case the error occurs when i have 3 tasks running every minute, every hour, every day, every month, every day of the week (so... each minute that is).

When i turn off one of the tasks and have only 2 of those (not very heavy) tasks left the error does not occur, when i turn it on again, i get the errors.

Could you say which plesksrv.exe version and when it was created and modified?

Could you create HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\PLESK\PSA Config\Config\PipeConnectTryCount on 64 bit windows or HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\PLESK\PSA Config\Config\PipeConnectTryCount on 32 bit windows, type DWORD, value 100?

thanks for your quick reply & solution!

Adding this registry key did the trick (i added 100 as a hexadecimal value, was not sure if it had to be hexadecimal or decimal).
