  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Scared of Plesk 10 to 11 update

I went from PLESK 9 to PLESK 10 because I had to change servers.. The new server came with PLESK 10.

I had 4 days of utter misery and hell, and I consider myself a pretty good system admin, for 20 years or so.
Plesk migration code took forever to run, failed, restarted, ended up doing the last 200 or so domains one at a time, not to mention
the resulting plans/subscribers/etc changes that caused much grief.

Now that I'm in PLESK 10 for some months now, I have some issues with it and my WHMCS integration. I am told it works better in PLESK 11.

I have done some configuration changes, added new code to improved spam, performance, security and mail delivery.

I'm terrified of another update.. Does anyone have any positive or negative feedback about PLESK 10 to PLESK 11 upgrade?

Many thanks, -t
