• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Scheduled account backup problem

Hello out there,

I do have a problem with scheduled backup task for either server, accounts and domains.

If I do a manual backup task everything is fine, but the scheduled nightly tasks do not start...

Can somebody please give me a helping hand? I searched a while through the net, but couldn't find a solution. I even can't find the specific logfiles for the backup manager...

My system details:
Plesk 10.1.1 Ubuntu 10.04 1010110120.18

Try to upgrade to latest Plesk version 10.3.1 at least. There were fixed some problems with scheduled backups.
