  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Scheduled backup eats disk space

New Pleskian
Hi,

I have a daily scheduled backup set up through Plesk that uploads one of my domains to an external FTP server. The domain in question has 2GB of data and every day my overall disk space usage goes up 2GB. This increase doesn't show up in the Domains screen and I can only see it in the Virtuozzo --> Resources screen. The Local Repositories backups shows nothing about this either.

Does Plesk keep the temporary files it generates for the backups hidden somewhere?

As you would expect, I'm quickly running out of disk space.

Any ideas?

PS: My server runs Plesk 8.3.0.
