  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Scheduled backups to working correctly

Chris_Lemmer

New Pleskian
Hi there,

I have scheduled multiple incremental backups of my Plesk users. The backups run on schedule every morning, however, they don't seem to run correctly. When I look at a backup size, it says it's only a few kilobytes in size. When I click on the size, I get an error:

Internal error.

ERROR: Call to a member function getSize() on null (Trait.php:103)

When I manually make the backups, they work 100%. It's only the scheduled ones that are failing. My Plesk is set to backup to a different drive. So it doesn't use the same drive as the install directory.

Could anyone advise?

Thanks
Chris
