I want to set a page, a index.asp or index.aspx, as a start page. How to configure it? Do I need create a httpd.ini file,then write some code? And how to make domain.com redirect www.domain.com ? Does it write any code in httpd.ini file?

The customers want to do it in their own plesk, not all customers are able to log in the server . If the advise you come up with is truly effective, it will increase the server administrator load.
