Issue Send limit is also triggered by internal forwarding

I have a forwarding (copy) for two mailboxes to a third mailbox under the same domain.
Send limits apply to the all mailboxes.

Apparently the send limit is now reached by two parameters:
1) sent messages via the mailbox (SMTP)
2) forwarded messages to another mailbox in the same domain ( info@domain.tld -> backup@domain.tld ).

In my view, this is a logical error of the function, as forwarding within the domain is not direct sending and thus does not correspond to the idea of SPAM reduction via unauthorised sending (webmail, SMTP....).

In other words: It does not make sense that forwardings are also counted - if messages were sent to external addresses (other domain on other server), I see this as a possible idea.

Even with forwarding on the server itself, I don't think it would be considered a SPAM risk as MOVE... but that is not the subject of my question here.

@Bitpalast any stakes on this? It looks like internal forwarding is actually counted towards outgoing mail limits. Doesn't make sense from my perspective.

I, too, believe that internally forwarded mails should not be counted. Wasn't there a Uservoice feature request on that already?
