Send mail with domain name don't work

Parallels Plesk Panel, 10.4.4, 40, os_Ubuntu 10.04, GenuineIntel, Intel(R) Celeron(R) CPU 220 @ 1.20GHz

Hi I have a domain (for example) test.com and email info@test.com. Now when I send email from the domain it do nothing. In mail.log is this:

I found only this difference to other my domain:
this domain -> Handlers Filter before-local for qmail started
other domain -> Handlers Filter before-remote for qmail started

Can you help me with this problem??

Hi, I have just seen your thread and I having exactly the same issue. I can receive emails but cannot send them from a new email address using our company name. It just states 'offline'?

Are you sending through Webmail or Pop3 (Mail client like outlook express)
