Issue SEO TOOLKIT issue

Hello, I have SEO TOOLKIT that does not start, it does not analyze the site. The gauge remains at 0%. I did the "reset" method recommended by the Plesk support:  How to cancel a stuck task in Plesk but it’s the same, it stays stuck at 0%. Please help me, what can I try?

The seo toolkit is stuck, that has nothing to do with an expert on seo, this is a plesk issue!

Did you fix this issue? I have the same issue and no matter what I do, no suggestion on this forum works.
