• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Server Settings: Error: DashboardPreset: unable to select: no such row in the table

New Pleskian
Hi,

I am using Plesk 10.1.1 on a Suse Linux 11.0.

After removing Plesk Billing i can not enter Server Settings, Restrict Creation of Subzones and Settings of Server Statistics, in summary all https://mydomain:8443/plesk/server/preferences/ adresses.

If i want to access one of this settings i get the following error: DashboardPreset: unable to select: no such row in the table

Please Help.

Such problem may occurs if a domain has reference to custom dashboard presets that really does not exist.
To find such domain the following command can be used:

mysql -uadmin -p`cat /etc/psa/.psa.shadow ` -D psa -e "select d.name,d.id, dp.param, dp.val, P.id from domains d, dom_param dp left join DashboardPreset P on P.id=dp.val where dp.param='custom_preset_id' and d.id=dp.dom_id and P.id is NULL"
+----------------+---------------+----------------------+------+------+
| name | id | param | val | id |
+----------------+---------------+----------------------+------+------+
| domain.tld | 7 | custom_preset_id | 81 | NULL |
+----------------+---------------+----------------------+------+------+

Then remove references to non-existing presets from dom_param, for example:
mysql> delete from dom_param where dom_id=7 and param='custom_preset_id'

Complementing

If it still fails, one should also try:

mysql> delete from dom_param where dom_id=7 and param='preset_id';
