Server Website very slow

Hello all my 30 websites are very slow (Wordpress)

Teh interface speed is normale on plesk but the wordpress admin and frontend are really slow...

How can i check Mysql server performance to check if there any surcharge somewhere ?

Why you do not want upgrade your Plesk to latest version where great feature Wordpress Toolkit was implemented and common webhosting performance was seriously improved?

Hello i've made all update (plesk 12) but still the same problem...
i check the memory with the command cat /proc/meminfo and i think i need more memory.
Can you confirm that and if yes do you think wordpress is guilty ?

i precise i got only 6 Wordpress on this server and the audience is less than 50 visitors by days.
