  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

serving with gzip does not work correctly

New Pleskian
Hi to all,

I have just moved my site to the new server which is using CentOS 6.4 (Final).

Problem 1.

site is not being served trough gzip with www. added to the domain, without www. everything is OK

this was working fine on the old server with plesk 10 panel

Problem 2

<IfModule mod_expires.c>
ExpiresActive On
ExpiresByType image/jpg "access plus 1 month"
ExpiresByType image/jpeg "access plus 1 month"
ExpiresByType image/gif "access plus 1 month"
ExpiresByType image/png "access plus 1 month"
ExpiresByType text/css "access plus 1 month"
ExpiresByType application/pdf "access plus 1 month"
ExpiresByType text/x-javascript "access plus 1 month"
ExpiresByType application/x-shockwave-flash "access plus 1 month"
ExpiresByType image/x-icon "access plus 1 year"
ExpiresDefault "access plus 1 month"
</IfModule>

the above is in my .htaccess, but this is actually not doing anything at all, I have checked my site with and without having above code in .htaccess, it has not made any difference whatsoever.

Any help is highly appreciated

Could you provide us with additional info about your server? Plesk version, os arch, output of `apachectl -M`.
