I have my files on there. I have the end point but when using Postman just to check the end points all I get is an html document saying

I have a the entry file configured with apache/nginx config, I followed the advise [here](Webmail/domain is unavailable: Server not found).
when using the command
`$ nslookup <IP_ADDRESS>`
> I get the error: ** server can't find <NUMBERS>.in-addr.arpa: NXDOMAIN
the docs give a solution for one of the problems but not the other (which is the error I am having)
when typing in `$ nslookup example.com` I get all the information but then when typing in the one above I get the error. The docs say that if I don't get information on the first one but get information on the second one then DNS isn't set up. However no help is offered for my issue. Anyone know what I would need to do?
I've been searching throughout here and StackOverflow but nothing seems to help
