• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Hello to everyone...

I am (so far) unsuccessfully trying to accomplish the following:

PREVENT THE SYSTEM USER OF A SUBSCRIPTION FROM LOGGING INTO A SHELL, BUT AT THE SAME TIME PROVIDE THE SUBSCRIPTION USER SFTP ACCESS TO THEIR HTTPDOCS DIRECTORY

If this possible through the interface? Has anyone accomplished it otherwise? If no to both of those, is there known documentation (by Odin or anyone else) for how to correctly do this?

Thanks -

It is impossible now.
You can try to achieve it with rssh and allow sftp in /etc/rssh.conf with

# usermod -s /usr/bin/rssh user

but I afraid that all your customizations will be overwritten by Plesk.
You can submit feature request to plesk.uservoice.com as possible solution.
