• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If your responses match the persona we are looking for, you'll receive a link to schedule a call at your convenience. We look forward to hearing from you!
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Shared SSL not working

sweethome-il

New Pleskian
hello Plesk admins / community,

I have a win 2008 R2 web edition server with Plesk 11.09 updated in full.

At some point the shared SSL stopped working.

If I access the main domain of the shared SSL with https I get the main page ok, same as other pages below the main domain.
If I access the virtual host of a shared SSL enabled site I get username/password login box. Just for tests I've entered the administrator login. This got me past the login box but all I got was a general 500 Internal Server Error.

I've doubled checked everything and is correct as for the manuals.

thanks in advance,
Justin

Bump - 24 hours nobody nothing

Is this forum monitored by Parallels techs?
Getting support for Plesk is becoming harder and harder these days...

Problems don't just go away...

Permission don't fix themselves...

Running Plesk re-configurator just messes up permissions added manually to aspupload/aspjpeg which are a bummer to fix every once and then with Plesk but DON'T fix my shared SSL issue which looks like another bug.
