As possible variant you can use following select in psa database for known wordpressInstanceId:

mysql> select * from WordpressInstanceProperties where wordpressInstanceId=4\G

............
*************************** 11. row ***************************
wordpressInstanceId: 4
name: url
value: http://waltercollier.ppu12-1.demo.pp.plesk.ru
*************************** 12. row ***************************
wordpressInstanceId: 4
name: version
value: 4.0

mysql> use wordpress_5
Reading table information for completion of table and column names
You can turn off this feature to get a quicker startup with -A

Database changed
mysql> select * from WordpressInstanceProperties where wordpressInstanceId=4\G
ERROR 1146 (42S02): Table 'wordpress_5.WordpressInstanceProperties' doesn't exist

You should use main Plesk database psa instead of wordpress_5 database.
