Shutdown Completely Spamassassin Service and Mailbox statistic problem

Hi,

I'm suffer 2 major problem as below :

1.
please tell me how to turn off spamassassin completely ?
I've already stop the spamassassin service on Services Management but it's only valid one day.
The next day, spam assassin service automatically start

2.
my customer mailbox statistic wrong. Even if their mailbox not full but when they send email. The quota said that their mailbox full. So they can't send/receive email.

Our action :
Manually, use command
/usr/local/psa/bin/sw-engine-pleskrun /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/DailyMaintainance/script.php -f execute-statistics

So, how can i fix that problem, so i don't have to run this command manually everyday ?

1. Use command

# /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/spammng --stop

2. This daily mantenance script should be executed daily by cron service in scope of /etc/cron.daily/50plesk-daily
Check your cron service and this crontask.

1. I've just used your suggest command and will check tomorrow again whether it's start again or not
/usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/spammng stop
Service is already stopped.

2. I've just check and here the result
+ my crond service are running
+ 50plesk-daily script placed in cron.daily folder

Could you please tell me how to confirm that script ran ?

You nay just run /etc/cron.daily/50plesk-daily directly and in other console run

# plesk log --all

You should see something like:

About the first problem :
Unfortunately, Today i have to manually turnof spam assassin. Is there any other way to shut the spam assassin engine completely ?

About the second one :
I didn't see any log like what you provided
Please help me

2. Have you tried to run command

# plesk log --all

1. As i know, my server didn't have watchdog. How to check the status of watchdog anyway ?
2. I can't find any command like# plesk log --all

# ps ax | grep watch

or check watchdog in Plesk GUI in Extensions

2. What do you mean "I can't find"? Have you tried to run this command in CLI?

1/ What about the watchdog service ? I have to stop it to stop spam assassin service start automatically everyday ?
2/i did run the 50plesk-daily script successfully but didn't see any log as your instruction
