  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Resolved Site Import doesn't regocnize source PHP version

Hello everyone :)

I am not able to launch the Site Import. I get this error message:

Possible reasons:
1. PHP is disabled for the source site.
Make sure that PHP is enabled and operational on the source website.
2. PHP version is less than 5.2.
Upgrade PHP to version >= 5.2 to migrate the website.

I have 3 PHP versions installed on the source server:
7.2.18

Anywone has an idea on how I can fix this?

The destination server uses:

7.3.9 (which is selected)
7.2.19
7.2.19

Any help is very appreciated. Thanks :)

The issue usually occurs because of the Site Importing does not work for the root user, only for SSH web users or FTP users that are assigned to the source domain.
To prevent such error please use the SSH or FTP users for the Site Importing.
