• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. If your responses match the persona we are looking for, you'll receive a link to schedule a call at your convenience. We look forward to hearing from you!
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Question Site Missing Elements When Migrating using Migration Tool

AcmeAcme

New Pleskian
Hi all,

Happy Thursday.

Newbie here recently started using Plesk and have started to migrate some of my sites across.

The issue I'm having when migrating is that some of the elements, including images and navbar, are either not displaying or not working.

Here's the site as an example - https://harriethellman.co.uk/

I really know very little about PHP but from my newb diagnose it seems to me it could be in the configuration of that.

Anything to point me in the direction of resolving this or even diagnosing would be amazing.

Thanks in advance

Your page is using PHP short openers
<?
but your PHP installation is configured to not to allow short openers, so all these segments of your website are not interpreted as PHP, but as literal code.
Either change your openers to
<?php
or configure PHP with short_open_tag = on.
