  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

SiteBuilder Characters problems

HI

We have sitebuilder for linux 2.0 in italian language and we are experiencing a lot of issue with special characters (such as ',à,è,ì,ò,ù)..

e.g. if we insert a page that have an apostrophe in the title we get a javascript error message.
or if we build a site with an à in the slogan site builder crashes...

in the .htaccess of the root dir of sitebuilder we added the "AddDefaultCharset UTF-8" string but that didn't fix the problem.

Anyone can help ?

No solutions yet.

And we think that's a big issue that makes the product quite useless..

We think that SWSOFT should fix this problem

Resolve.
We contact SWsoft support team and they fix it for us.
They have hotfix concerning this problem. Hotfix should be applied directly on your server and there should be corrected some text in site.xml file for appropriate site.
