Slave DNS Manager not creating DNS zone in slave server

Hi,

I have setup Slave DNS using plesk 12. But it is not creating the zone in slave server. I could see log in /var/log/messages of slave server. But DNS zone is not creating. I have followed the KB "http://download1.parallels.com/Ples...extensions-guide/index.htm?fileName=73349.htm" for setup.

On your slave server, change ownership of the /var/named directory (and all other subdirs/files) to the user 'named'. That's the missing step that makes everything work.

I have executed "chown -hR named:named /var/named", but it makes no difference. Any opinion?
