Issue SMTP not sent to google

Hello, I have created an email account which I use for sending mails ( as an smtp server in my application), I got an issue is that the mails are not being sent to google.

Him main error is, user unknown in virtual alias table.

if you go onto the domain in plesk -> mail -> Email Accounts is the user there and is the mailbox ticket?

The log excerpt shows no attempts to mail anything to GMail.
