  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Question SolusVM

Basic Pleskian
Anyone know if SolusVM is still an active product? Registered for a trial license through their website, and the order has been pending for 4 days with no response to my requests for an update.

May want to have someone check. As noted, I registered for a trial version 4 days ago and no one has responded to the order.

Yes, through the website, where they indicate that you can purchase a trial license good for just a few compute machines. The order process was done through the store, and done by a company who is already a Plesk partner for many years. Wanting to test it before moving forward. The pending order email indicates the order will be reviewed. But it has been "pending" for 4+ days with no communication from SolusVM/Plesk. I posted here because I know SolusVM falls under the Plesk / Webpros umbrealla. None of my emails to support@solusvm.com inquiring about the order were responded to either.

I mean, zero response is not very comforting that they are service oriented, and a bad reflection on Plesk if they are the owner.
