[SOLVED] Panel no more accessible (404) - I messed up !

Hi !
I m actually on a Linux server - Centos 6.4 with Plesk 11.0.9.
I had some problem of mail queue, so I was testing some solution.
I follow this tutorial : http://kb.odin.com/en/5801
and this command :
/usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/autoinstaller --select-release-current --install-component postfix

Then everything messed up !
I had no access to my plesk panel : 404 not found.

I tried some solution as :
/usr/local/psa/bootstrapper/pp11.0.9-bootstrapper/bootstrapper.sh repair

but it fails with this error :

ERROR while trying to file /etc/xinetd.d/ftp_psa does not exist

I also tried to add the autoinstaller of the 12.5 in usr/local.psa/admin/bin/psa-autoinstaller-3.17.24-centos6.15081214.x86_64.rpm
and then install it.
It well installed (it added me the autoinstaller in usr/local/psa/sbin/) but I m not sure if it's a good thing, and before making more mistakes (my website is still running !) , I prefer to ask some help to te community.

What is you Plesk version now? What exact error do you have now? What sort of problem do you have with running bootstrapper repair procedure?

I wanted to force an upgrade to 12.5

What is you Plesk version now?

Still on 11.0.9 I guess

What exact error do you have now?

only 404 not found, when I want to access to https://MYIP:8443

What sort of problem do you have with running bootstrapper repair procedure?

It stops cause of file /etc/xinetd.d/ftp_psa does not exist I think

# cat /usr/local/psa/version

?

wich means no folder of file of this type

Looks like your Plesk is completely damaged. I can suggest you try to install Plesk 12.5 over this old Plesk. Just read Plesk Deployment Guide http://docs.plesk.com/en-US/12.5/deployment-guide/get-started/

Will I keep safe all information already in Plesk ? Mails, websites, databases...

Actually it will be attempt to upgrade your damaged Plesk to latest version. If it will be completed successfully - all your previous data should be stored.
