  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

SOLVED: Plesk DNS/Bind issues after migration and ip change

Regular Pleskian
Hey guys,

Followed this tutorial (http://kb.odin.com/en/943) to change the servers ip address and things seem to work fine for the main domain, but for some reason several customer websites are not working because DNS isn't working properly after changing the iP address. It still seems to point to the old ip address when we check whatsmydns.net. Not sure if the issue is with my dns controller (cloudflare) or bind, but my main site for the Plesk control panel works fine..

Please advise as soon as possible, thanks.
